Dismembered teens killers sent photos of a mutilated body in taunt to rivals

Sick photos of a mutilated body were sent by the barbaric killers of a teen whose remains were found stuffed in a sports bag in Dublin.

Keane Mulready-Woods fought for his life as he was hacked to death by Narcos-style killers, Gardai police believe.

The 17-year-old is thought to have been stabbed to death before his body was chopped up and finger tips removed in a bid to thwart police getting any DNA, a police source told the Irish Mirror .

It was also revealed that sick images of a corpse were circulated along with threats to gang bosses saying “f*** with us and you’ll lose your head”.

Gardai said on Thursday that a video circulating online was not that of the 17-year-old’s murder but could not yet verify the pictures.

Police say a video being circulated is not of Keane Mulready-Woods

the reports of online videos and images of the horrific feud killing in Drogheda, Co Louth, are being reviewed.

The clips were sent to Keane’s gang bosses to goad and intimidate them while gardai said they caused huge distress to the victim’s family.

But last night, Chief Supt Christy Mangan said the footage was not of the teenager and he asked the public not to share the images.

He added: “They are frightening people. This is hindering the investigation and false reports are not helping.”

The Irish Mirror has learned that while the video is not that of Keane, gardai have still not verified whether the images are of him.

A source said: “There are images of a torso and amputated legs but there is no evidence to say these are parts of Keane’s remains.

“For one thing, the torso has not yet been recovered.”

The teenager was stabbed and dismembered sometime on Sunday evening.

The following evening, his head and hands were discovered in a burning car in Drumcondra. The torso is still missing.

Police investigating the case

A senior source said: “This was nothing short of barbaric. A completely depraved act.

“Keane’s body parts were dumped in Coolock as a message to their enemies. It’s like something out of the Netflix show Narcos.”

Detectives are checking with Keane’s family and friends from the Beechwood area of Drogheda in a bid to trace his last movements.
