Another look at traffic

Lengthy queues remain on the M56 this morning following a ‘serious’ crash between junctions 12 and 14 on the eastbound carriageway.

One lane has reopened past the scene – but there are still lengthy delays.

Tailbacks are stretching to the M53 while roads in Frodsham, Hapsford and Sutton Weaver are also seeing a knock-on effect.

We’re currently awaiting further details from Cheshire Constabulary.
